DROP SHIPPING POLICY
We offer drop shipping services for all of our products. This means that when you place an order with us, we will arrange for the item(s) to be shipped directly from the vendor to you. As a result, different vendors may arrange delivery of their products, and all items may not be grouped in one delivery, especially if you have purchased products from multiple vendors.
Delivery Options and Timelines:
Delivery times and options will vary depending on the vendor and the item(s) you have ordered. Please refer to the individual product pages for estimated delivery times and options.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified timeframe, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by our vendors or factors beyond our control.
Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges will vary depending on the vendor and the item(s) you have ordered. Please refer to the individual product pages for estimated delivery charges.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. Please note that not all vendors provide tracking information, and some may only provide updates once the item has been delivered.
Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our vendor will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect the item from a local collection point. If the item is not collected or redelivered within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to the vendor and we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional delivery charges may apply).
International Deliveries: At this time, we do not offer international delivery. We only deliver within the United Kingdom.
